Lacey joined the RTR team as a recruiter in 2018 and currently supports our team as Recruiting Manager. She is passionate about growing and training our recruiting team to better help drivers find their homes. One of Lacey’s proudest accomplishments with RTR is the relationships she has created with her drivers. Nearly 3 years after she placed a driver with a carrier, she was invited to his wedding! Her advice to drivers is to be honest and ask questions. She recommends that drivers work with RTR because we are honest, full of integrity, and do our best to understand and support drivers. When Lacey isn’t in the office, there isn’t a dull moment! Between boating at her cabin with her dogs Mozzie and Layla, watching Minnesota sports, reading a good book, drinking wine, or DIY home projects, Lacey is always on the move.
