Lauren joined the RTR team in 2020, quickly learned the ropes and became a great asset to all drivers she works with. Her favorite part of being a recruiter is being able to help hard working drivers find a great job with a company they can call home. She enjoys taking the stress of applying for a new job away from the driver and helps make the transition as easy as possible. Lauren says, “RTR always puts the driver first. The driver’s needs are prioritized and I make sure to match them with the best opportunity that serves them. I’m always willing to go the extra mile!” When Lauren isn’t finding a driver a new job, she enjoys going to concerts, playing games with family and friends and enjoying the outdoors. Lauren is an avid traveler and has lived in 4 countries and 8 states.
